haha, my life's pretty simple. perhaps too ordinary too.
lol, i came back from Shanghai recently. that's the furthest place i've ever been to so far. although we travelled on Singapore Airlines, our cost were budgeted on the hotel. the hotel, proclaimed to be a three star, is just like my uncle's hotel in Batam that i feel is a 2-star or any mediocre hotel. highly suspected to be having a correlation with the hooker shop nearby. hahaha. but seriously lah, the bathroom doors of the hotel are actually made of glass. clear, see-through glass. not those obscure or opaque kind of glass door. haha, why would any hotel be having such sensual setting unless it is meant for one party to be looking at the other one bathing. lol. i agree on taking on other cheaper Airlines and stay in a better Hotel. hahaha. budget on the Airline a little but spend reasonably on a better Hotel.
now that i am back from Shanghai, i havent got anything to occupy me already. before the trip, there was a three-day event at Suntec Convention Centre where i worked. haha, it was sort of a corporate event. i got to know some pretty nice people and i am glad i did. the best thing i heard was from this lady who said just a smile from me was enough to brighten everything. so i guess smiling is the best thing anyone could give if they are in the retail or service industry. just these three days were enough to make me like meeting people. although there were really nasty and arrogant people, it was still enjoyable overall.
i bought too much redundant things from Shanghai, i realised. hahaha, i'll just give them to my friends and family accordingly. i bought so many things that i feel like keeping them for myself. lol, but i cant be so selfish. and anyway, i have no space for so many things around the house. my house is so tiny, i need to be constantly clearing things up. things just keep piling up, making the whole house look messy and horribly small. hahaha, i shall have a neat and clean house in the future. bright, fresh to the eye and cheerful kind of concept house. woooo. lol.
from the Shanghai trip, i got to know more people. and i do see the riduculous side of some others whom i already know of. lol, these people make the joke of the day, or even the joke of the entire trip. hahaha, incredibly fun trip. love it. our tour guide was great too. Jacky Zhang, he names it. lol, he has never shirk responsibilities or mislook any problems. the teachers were all nice too. i liked the male teacher, especially. a man of few words. seriously, i have yet to have a proper conversation with Mr Chong. i feel bad when he tried to speak to me after seeing my notes in the lift, but i only replied with a laugh. he has been a really quiet teacher who guided us along with his speechless acts. more often than not, he will be walking at the back. if not, he will be the last to get down the bus. i dont know where he goes when we went shopping and i dont know if he actually did any real shopping. haha, the only thing i saw him buy was something from Watsons. hahaha, he's still the best. i guess i just have this likings for quiet man. man of few words.
